とても眺めの良い高台に計画した住宅です。
施主の要望は、リビングを2階に持ち上げ眺望を常に眺めることができることと、前面道路からの視線を回避しながらプライバシーを確保すること。
この要望に対し、建物を断面的に工夫することで回答し、提案を行いました。
This is a house planned on a hill with a very nice view.
The owner’s request is to raise the living room to the second floor so that the view can be seen at all times, and to ensure privacy while avoiding the line of sight from the front road.
We responded to this request by devising the building in cross section and made a proposal.

2階の大きく開いた開口からは沈む夕日と金沢の街並みを眺めることができます。

リビングの上には書斎を兼ねたロフトを設けることでさらなる眺望を楽しむことができます。
You can enjoy a further view by setting up a loft that doubles as a study above the living room.
