築40年を超える住宅の改修工事です。
使われなった母屋を改修し、若者世帯が暮らす住宅としてリニューアルを行いました。
8畳2間の和室をつなげリビングとして活用、縁側を土間空間として作り直し屋内までその土間空間をできる限り介在させる事で、内外のつながり、広がりを与えています。
This project is a renovation work of a house over 40 years old.
The obsolete main building was renovated and renewed as a house for young people to live in.
The Japanese-style room of 8 tatami mats and 2 rooms is used as a living room, and the veranda is recreated as an earthen space, and the earthen space is intervened as much as possible to the interior, giving a connection and spaciousness inside and outside.

内装の意匠もできる限り保ち、その上で新たな要素を組み込む事を意識しています。
