新素材もラワン合板と構造用合板と白に絞ることで既存躯体のざっくりした質感と馴染ませ、空間を仕上げました。

It is organized as one architectural space while utilizing new materials and existing skeleton.
By narrowing down the new materials to lauan plywood, structural plywood, and white, the space is finished by blending with the rough texture of the existing skeleton.
既存の間取りは大きくは変更せず、また、ありふれた材料のみでまとめていく事でコストバランスを図っています。
The existing floor plan has not changed significantly, and we are trying to balance costs by using only common materials.
キッチンも素材感を合わせ作ることで空間に一体感が生まれます。
By matching the texture of the kitchen, a sense of unity is created in the space.
リノベーションであるからこその空間を意識し、それだから生まれる空間を終始意識し計画の方行なっていきました。

I was conscious of the space because it was a renovation, and I was conscious of the space that was created from beginning to end when planning.
