全てを包み込むこども園の提案
住宅街に計画された「こども園」のプロポーザル案である。
ここでは、変則的な敷地形状に対し、園庭エリア、敷地中央の園舎エリア、駐車場エリアと明確に分離すると同時に、全てがつながり合うような配置計画を意識し計画を行っている。
明確に分けることで施設の骨格も明確となり、利用者にとって分かりやすい施設計画とし、各エリアの相乗効果を最大限に発揮できる機能（ポーチ、まちのテラス、ミニ園庭、軒下広場、園庭等）を適宜配置していくことで、敷地全体を無駄なく、過不足なく活用している。
園舎は、敷地中央に配置し、あらゆる機能をおおらかに包み込み、守り、拡張していく施設のあり方を意識し計画を行なった。
子供たちの遊び場であるミニ園庭を園舎の中央に置き、それを包み込むように園舎を配置。
この地において、子供たちの健全な成長を皆で守りながら、子供どうし、職員と生徒、親と子、園舎と地域がつながり合いながらその関係を発展できる最良の形状として中庭形式の十八角形の建物として本施設を提案した。
構造計画について
構造は純ラーメン構造。建物を正十八角形とし、回転剛性・ねじれに強い構造体とした。また、大梁に対して小梁をたがい違いに入れ、均等に荷重を分散することで、大梁のメンバー、部材種を減らしている。
建物外周部は剛、建物中心はピン接合とし、建物中柱のパネルゾーンのシンプル化、平屋部・２階屋根は乾式の屋根とし軽量化・経済設計につなげている。
安心安全で災害時にも機能する計画
シンプルな防犯計画とすることで、管理、対策を行いやすくしていると同時に、災害時は物資の搬入や炊き出し、避難者の滞在エリアといった明確なゾーニングが機能しながら、包まれた安心感のある避難所としても活用できるよう計画している。
A proposal for a kindergarten that embraces everything
This is a proposal for a kindergarten planned in a residential area.
The irregular shape of the site has been clearly separated into the garden area, the kindergarten building area in the center of the site, and the parking area, while at the same time, the layout plan is designed to connect everything together.
By clearly dividing the areas, the structure of the facility is clear, making the design plan easy for users to understand, and by appropriately arranging functions that maximize the synergistic effects of each area (porch, town terrace, mini garden, eaves plaza, garden, etc.), the entire site is utilized without waste or excess.
The kindergarten building is located in the center of the site and was planned with the idea of a facility that generously embraces, protects, and expands all functions.
A mini garden for the children to play is placed in the center of the building, and the building is positioned to envelop it.
We proposed an octagonal building with a courtyard as the best shape for this facility to foster connections between children, staff and students, parents and children, and the kindergarten building and the community, while protecting the healthy growth of the children together.
