新幹線の拡張工事中の沿線に計画した住宅です。
今後新幹線の騒音に悩まされる恐れがあるという施主の相談により計画は始まりました。
そこで提案したのは、玄関に大きな通り土間を計画し、そこをインナーテラスとみたて広がりを持たせ、外に出なくても室内で外部環境を享受することができるできる住宅です。
リビングもこの土間空間と立体的につながり、家族間のコミュニケーションを促します。
This is a house planned along the Shinkansen expansion work.
This project started with the consultation of the owner that he might suffer from the noise of the Shinkansen in the future.
Therefore, we proposed a house where you can enjoy the external environment indoors without going outside by planning a large street dirt floor at the entrance and making it look like an inner terrace.
The living room is also three-dimensionally connected to this dirt floor space, promoting communication between families.
通り土間の果てには大きな開口部を設置し屋内に外部環境を導きます。
A large opening will be installed at the end of the street to guide the external environment indoors.
各所室には通り土間の上部にかけたブリッジにより移動していきます。
どの諸室に渡るにも一度土間空間を介在させるよう計画を行なっています。
Each room will be moved by a bridge over the upper part of the street.
We are planning to intervene in the soil space once in every room.
通り土間の開口部が建物の最大の特徴として浮かび上がるよう外観デザインをまとめています。
The exterior design is summarized so that the opening in the street soil emerges as the most distinctive feature of the building.
